Pixie and her Friend Zoey

This is a picture of Pixie and her friend Zoey. They are playing together in the multi-colored grass and I used four different shades of green to make. I used pastels and at the top in tiny lettering you can see how I used to do my name in cursive. There is a small blue tent with orange wooden stakes next to Pixie. At first I was going to color the whole background blue to make a sky, but I didn’t have enough time so I made the progress that I had made and turned it into a tent. I made it out of pastels. They are in a nice spot next to two trees and grass.

  1. I like the different shades of green for the grass – very true to real life. Sounds like you made a good “save” with your blue tent, too, given your time constraints. Well done, very appealing picture!

  2. Hey Marion! I love your picture of Pixie and Zoey! I think you were very creative to turn your sky blue into a tent. And your name in cursive is so pretty! Keep up the great work!

  3. Thank you! That’s how I used to write my name in cursive. Now I add a cursive heart a the end,and don’t add the swirls at the end. Now I’ve got to stop typing because it is passed my bath time.
